I am turning into a gumpy ol’ man. Most things bug me. Scientology bugs me. #stupidscientology bugs me. The existence of Twitter Mobs.

Om.
Ewan, Halle and I were able to go watch some of the graduation ceremonies. Andrea was able to come out and say hello, We always like to see Mommy. We are having some quiet time now. Its always quiet when Mr. Tumble is on.
Other than that, we are keeping a low profile today, though if it is hot again tomorrow we will go to the splash pad.

Doing it from wall to wall.
Just a quick note tonight. Spent two days with Ewan and Halle. Graduation starts tomorrow (13th July if I don’t finish in time.) so Andrea has been very busy. I had some time to play Guitar Hero and Lit. Andrea brought home some Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. Mmm.
Not so bothered about the BHA today. Probably because I have not gone to their website. That always helps. Peer review bugs me (see above).
Its late, I’m tired. I am also getting older which means I need more sleep, apparently. ;)
I love you all.

Your stomach churns, it itches and burns.
From the moment I woke.
Why does Humanism get right up my nose? Humanism as in the BHA et al.
Maybe it is because it is late and I am tired. I’m getting older, need more sleep. Or maybe it’s because their promo material reminds me of the BNP. Look, these are our ideas, we found a Jew AND a Christian who think these are good ideas so they must be right. It’s the insincere benevolence, that’s what bugs me.
This is not to say Humanism is rubbish or to be discounted. Just the BHA, the BNP of belief organisations.
My apologies to Humanism, for the first sentence, it is the BHA.

…and we can act like we come from out of this world.
Parenthood presents many challenges. For example, the need to clean raisins out of a washing machine is one such challenge that will never face the childless.
I have the opportunity at the moment to spend a little more time at home with Ewan and Halle. We went to the park today. It can be difficult learning perspective from a two year old girl but when she is complaining that she is not being pushed fast enough on the swings you get the message. ‘No Daddy, no little swing’ is only replaced by ‘Whee’ once the chains of the swing have risen above horizontal.

Practically forever singing.
Yargh. Football World Cup, Big Brother and soon to be Wimbledon. I’m glad we have so many channels these days. Or maybe I could just turn the TV off. That sounds like a much better idea.
